The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) is recruiting two project specialists for the Real-Time Economy project. The positions are fixed-term 1 August 2022–31 May 2024. The last application date is 27 May 2022.
The project manager is responsible for the coordination, progress and monitoring of the PRH-related parts of the Real-Time Economy project. The most important PRH implementations of the project are the interoperable digital accounting register in the real-time economy ecosystem, the digital corporate identity, and enabling the digital establishment of companies. Implementations require technical, operational and legislative changes.
The project manager works closely with other authorities and private operators participating in the Real-Time Economy project and participates as PRH’s representative in the Nordic Smart Government & Business (NSG&B) cooperation.

The project coordinator’s tasks include demanding and versatile project management preparation, planning and monitoring tasks. You will be responsible for the coordination of the financial monitoring of the project between different agencies and for the overall monitoring of the project’s finances.
You will coordinate and carry out project progress reporting internally within the project and toward the ministries and the EU Commission. In addition, you will take care of updating the project plan and supporting the project manager in various preparatory tasks related to project management. Your responsibility also includes tasks related to practical organisation according to the project steering model. Your role involves working in close cooperation with the organisations participating in the Real-Time Economy project. Your work also includes stakeholder cooperation.
